In terms of food, creativity can be a great ally. Sometimes, preparing a different dish helps (and does a lot) to stay focused on healthy eating.

RICOTTA AND CHIA CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of ricotta cream
1 cup of sour flour
½ cup of ricotta
90 g of Greek type yogurt
1 tablespoon of chia
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a container until it forms a very soft dough that does not stick to your hand (if necessary add flour to make it less sticky). Form the balls and place them in a preheated oven at 180 ºC. Observe the growth of the dough and remove it when it becomes very brown.
PUMPKIN SOUP-CREAM WITH GINGER

30 minutes / 8 servings
Ingredients
1 CS of light butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stalk of thinly sliced celery
1 small carrot in small cubes
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 cc fresh peeled and grated ginger
4 cups. of peeled pumpkin and cut into cubes
5 cups. of chicken broth 0% fat
1 small piece of cinnamon stick
¼ cc of nutmeg, freshly grated
¼ cc of salt
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
½ cup. skim milk
2 cc lemon
2 cc roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
Method of preparation:
In a large non-stick pan, heat the butter over medium heat, add the onion, celery, and carrot. Cook, while stirring, for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Add the garlic and 1 cc of ginger and cook for 30 seconds, until the aroma of the ginger is exhaled. Add the pumpkin, chicken stock, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the pumpkin is completely soft. Stir occasionally. Remove the soup from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Transfer to a blender or food processor. Place gradually to prevent it from overflowing and beat until it forms a puree. Take it back to the pan. Add the milk, lemon juice, and remaining ginger and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until very hot.
LIGHT TUNA PIE
Ingredients:
- 5 slices of wholemeal bread
- enough liquid milk to moisten the bread (about 8 tablespoons)
- 400 g of fresh ricotta cheese (approximately)
- 2 cans of natural tuna
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons (full) of light cream cheese
- 100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Oregano
- salt
- and green smell
Preparation:
Pass the bread in the processor and quickly arrange it on a greased baking sheet or with parchment paper. Put the milk on top just to moisten the bread. In the processor, place the ricotta cheese and cream cheese and beat everything until it forms a cream. Set the salt, add the eggs and beat the preparation. Put the tuna, oregano and the green smell. Place the filling over the bottom of the bread that is in the pan and take the pan to bake.
